Jeff Lipsky recently photographed GoPro founder Nick Woodman for the cover of Outside magazine’s October issue. “He’s a surfer,” Jeff says of the 38-year-old CEO, “so I wanted to shoot him somewhere cool.” They settled on Half Moon Bay, about half an hour’s drive from GoPro’s San Mateo offices.
“He’s an incredible guy,” adds Jeff. “At the end of the shoot, he got the name of everyone—including the RV driver—and sent them a GoPro.”
