Carbone Smolan recently commissioned Doug Menuez to photograph the employees of Las Brisas, a chain of business hotels and resorts in Mexico, as they went about their days providing the top-notch service for which Brisas is known. Doug documented numerous locations for the assignment: the business hotels of Mexico City, Queretaro, and Veracruz and the resorts of Zihuatenejo, Ixtapa, Huatulco, and Acapulco.
